Superman

First I must apologise for the lack of postage for I have been attempting an essay, much to my dismay. However, because I have been essay writing I have very little to report anyway! Im still writing it by the way, me being the lazy swine I am. I can't promise daily posting, but I will try!

The weekly trip up to the Deri for the quiz was once more very disappointing, despite the largest turn out ever! We thought we nailed it (again) and when we were informed of the results we missed out by 4. Its too hard I tells ya! Although I'd gladly miss the top score by 40 just to see Chris tipsy again :) You don't see that often enough!! My faith in humanity was also restored after the best quiz team name contest - the bar staff are now not just sick and twisted, but also sad enough to accept REALLY poor ass kissing. Despite our losses, a great night was enjoyed by all.

One other point I have to record, is the new Stereophonics album. Agreeing not to get it after consulting the Barmat of Knowledge, I was listening to Red Dragon on my way home from uni (which is rare) and the opening track 'Superman' which was played blew me away! I got the CD and for once I was no disappointed by a recent Phonics album. I had to tell Jen as soon as I could to express my excitement! The glory days are back! But not enough for me to wait in the freezing cold for an autograph. Not just yet.
