The Pimp swaps his funky threads

For those expecting the Pimp to address you on this eventful blog, I'm afraid I must disappoint my followers as I have changed my flamboyant attire for something a little more casual. So from today onwards I am the original 'Joe Bloggs' - the one and only quality blogger which is committed to keeping the public clothed with my shenanigans. I must give thanks to Paul for the name (it should have been so obvious!) plus a very happy birthday to him for yesterday.

Just watched possibly my fave childhood TV show, Fireman Sam. It still brings a chuckle when Mrs Price screams 'NORMAN!!' in possibly the strongest and most recognizable Taffy accent ever. The BBC should really put the show on a lot more, or maybe I should be awake earlier so I can watch it.

I'm still strangely happy after the Plaid Cymru candidate for my area replied to my email, although I'm sure the reply is slightly worrying Jen. I think this is mainly because he wants to meet up with me for coffee........ interpret that as you wish! I emailed him originally because I wanted to know what the party plan to do to better Grangetown (I'm sure some of you will say that an atomic bomb would be necessary) and that Labour and the Lib Dems have given out more info leaflets than Plaid do. The fact that he emailed me has surprised me so much, as I was expecting some secretary to fob me off with some crap telling me to read the web site (www.plaidcymru.org for your info) or something like that. See, politicians aren't all that bad! Although that depends on how he likes his coffee...... eeeeewwww!

Just to say also that I had a good night at the George for Paul's birthday get-together. Fine ales, fine company - God damn it, that's the way its meant to be!!!! Hope those who braved the cold into town had an awesome time and that your hangovers were small and curable!

I also have a million thankyous to give Jen for her help with my essays. Once more she has played English teacher which helps me a great deal. God bless her and her correct grammar, spelling and punctuation. Also I give a shout out to John Peck and Martin Coyle, my new idols for the next month whilst I write my dissertation. Their handy dandy guide to writing is fool proof! Even idiots like me can improve their essay writing style!

Speaking of dissertations hanging over my head, I better get some work done. So until next time my lovable blog, keep it real.
